Freehold projects in RCR prop : Kairos Special
In August, there were three new projects put available: Forett At Bukit Timah, Mooi Residences, and Noma. Private new home sales in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and Outside of Central Region (OCR) continued to shape the majority of buys a month ago.
Freehold new dispatches Forett at Bukit Timah and Noma in the RCR propped up generally speaking new home sales. According to Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex, they lifted sales in the RCR to 622 units, which represents almost 50% of the complete new home sales in August.
