HDB launches more than 5,700 BTO flats, including units with shorter waiting time at Tengah
SINGAPORE: The Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Tuesday (Nov 17) dispatched an aggregate of 5,795 flats available to be purchased under the November 2020 Build-to-Order (BTO) work out.
Three ventures are located in the non-mature towns of Sembawang and Tengah, just as four activities in the mature towns of Bishan, Tampines, and Toa Payoh (Bidadari). Also, HDB has offered 5,220 flats located across different towns and estates, under the Sale of Balance (SBF) work out.

Work TO-ORDER FLATS – HDB Launches
Among the new BTO flats, those in Tengah will have a shorter waiting time with at least 95 percent of the four-room and greater flats to be saved for amateur families, said HDB in a media discharge.
The flats range from two-room Flexi to five-room units to meet the assorted lodging needs of beginners, second-timer families, the older, and singles.

Beginning costs for flats in non-mature towns range from S$92,000 for a two-room Flexi unit in Sembawang to S$394,000 for a five-room unit in Tengah, barring awards.
For mature estates, beginning costs range from S$121,000 for a two-room Flexi flat in Bishan to S$627,000 for a five-room unit in Toa Payoh (Bidadari), barring awards.
TWO-ROOM FLEXI FLATS FOR SENIORS AT BISHAN RIDGES
Among the new advancements dispatched is Bishan Ridges which will include six private squares orchestrated in a stunned way to frame edge like patterns, said HDB.
The advancement will be limited by Bishan Street 13 and 14, and close to the Kallang River. An aggregate of 1,502 flats will be accessible at Bishan Ridges, including 1,222 four-room units.

HDB added that considering the eldercare administrations and offices in the region, the two-room Flexi flats at Bishan Ridges are offered distinctly to seniors matured 55 or more on short rents of somewhere in the range of 15 and 45 years, in five-year increases.
